Test Registration: ₹3,000 + applicable taxes. This fee includes the initial application and scheduling the exam
Retake Fee: ₹3,000 + applicable taxes. You can pay this fee online using various methods like credit/debit cards, Net Banking, mobile wallets, or UPI.
Rescheduling Fee: ₹1,200 + applicable taxes. Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours before your scheduled exam.
Additional Score Reports: ₹400 per report + applicable taxes. This fee applies if you want to send your scores to more than the initial five B-schools included with your registration. Some sources mention an additional fee of INR 300 per score report. 
 
NMAT exam structure
The NMAT by GMAC exam is a computer-based test (CBT) with 108 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed in 120 minutes. It has three sections: 
Language Skills: 36 Questions, 28 Minutes.
Quantitative Skills: 36 Questions, 52 Minutes.
Logical Reasoning: 36 Questions, 40 Minutes. 
Each section is individually timed, and you cannot switch between sections once a section's time is over. You can choose the order in which to attempt the sections at the start of the exam. 
 
Marking scheme
Correct Answer: +3 marks.
Incorrect Answer: No negative marking.
Unattempted Question: No penalty. 
The difficulty level of the NMAT is considered moderate compared to exams like CAT or XAT.
